Welcome to the SHITS. Don't be fooled people.
It's the SPECIAL HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING SQUAD!
The squad for officially established in the year 2007 by the one and only Peter Churchill.
He overcome greats odds to form this special squad.
The squad started off with 9 hopeful and talented swimmers but due to intensive training (hence, the name of the squad) many dropped out or were unable to comply to the rules of squad.
Now, 5 remaining swimmers still hold the secret of the squad.
Champions they are and champions they will be!
They shall persevere to kill ass in the regional and international swimming scene.
Well, we actually did that last year.
The squad became the first in SS to achieve a gold medal in 15th Asian Games, 2006.
This year, one of our champion swimmer became the first SS swimmers to hold a world ranking. 7th in the 50 Butterfly and 9th in the 100th Butterfly.
3 out of 5 will be competing in the bi-annual South East Asian Games.
SWEET HUH?

As I promised, we shall now introduce the champions of the secret and most powerful squad of the century, The SHITS!
